My name is Alvaro Nieto, TREC professional inspector with over 10 years of experience and with an extensive background on the construction field. I have a bachelor’s degree in architecture and I’ve been involved in residential and commercial projects since 1990’s. I consider myself a good communicator and an enthusiastic person. I enjoy outdoor activities as well as playing my bass and social dancing.
I like to help people or investors who are in the process of buying a property by providing a high quality service with a professional attitude and human warmth.
