Premium Home Inspection
Our Premium Home/Condo Inspection service includes: Foundation, Structural, Roofing, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. Value added to the inspection includes digital foundation elevation (including elevation readings on blueprint), infrared thermal imaging, energy saving tip. Decks, exterior fence and sprinkler systems are included at no extra fee. Also included with our Premium Home Inspection is our Drone Aerial Images and Video Service that enables us to collect important data about roofs and areas of the house that would otherwise not be seen during an inspection due to design or height.

With Thermal scan we can help you to identifying water damage in walls, floors, and ceilings.
Problems that may require repair include missing coverage, resulting in dry lawn patches; fogging issues indicating bad pressure regulators
